SHIPPING
We make it easy. We ship anywhere. Our custom made lamps and lamp
shades are shipped within 8-10 weeks. Let us know if you will need
a gift card in your package.
Shipping prices include packing, insurance and tracking of your order
for safe transport.
RETURN POLICY
Satisfaction Guaranteed. We stand behind our lamps and lamp shades
and we want our customers to be happy. We will accept your returned
order within 10 days for full refund, or within 30 days for store credit.
Sorry but shipping costs cannot be refunded.
When your package arrives, open carefully and keep all the materials.
If anything is damaged in transit, call us immediately, and save all
the packaging for making a claim. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, carefully repack your items as they came. Please be sure
to get insurance to cover replacement costs for the return transit.
